06年费城郊区主要地区的房价及变化

 

2006, 尽管全美一些主要城市的房价出现了5%20%的下跌, 但在费城地区的总体房价并未出现明显的价格波动. 其主要原因可能得益于己于工作机会的稳定增长(2万余)及房地产投资()活动相对较弱.但其平均的上市时间由其旺季的30天左右升至60天左右.以下数据为费城郊区各主要地区在2006年所售房屋的中间价位, 及较2005年价位的%变化:(1) Main line (zip code)沿线: Ardmore(19003): $288K, 6%; Bala Cynwyd(19004): $503k, 18%; Berwyn(19312), $569k, 6%; Devon(19333), $419k, 2%; Lower Merion Twp(overall), $545k, 6%; Merion station(19066), $590k, -1%; Radnor Twp(overall), $550k, -3%; Tredyffrin Twp, $360k, -4%; Wayne(19087), $399k, -5%; Malvern, $278k, 6%; Wynnewood(19096), $469k, 9%.
